Why this recipe works
It saves time in the kitchen when you want a quick pudding
It uses ready made Crumble Topping, which is freezer friendly and ready to use, straight from the freezer with no need to thaw.
It uses leftover mincemeat and avoids waste by using odd pieces of fruit, such as pears or apples from the fridge
It’s ideal when cooking for one or two people. With 4 individual fruit crumbles, you can leave two in the fridge for another day.
Storage
Fridge - These individual crumbles can be made ahead of time and will keep in the fridge for a few days. Before serving, bring back to room temperature and heat through in a moderate oven for a few minutes.
